green smoothie/energy boost...

this will make a personal sized one...

1 HUGE handful of spinach (chuck full of goodness and protein, calcium)
1 cup berries , i often throw in extra fruits as well, the more the better
1 bannana (these are the most whole food ever)
1 cup ice
1 tsp vanilla
1 TB hemp oil (this is a great protein) you can add more or less
Add water to your liking of thickness, sometimes none and sometimes a cup
blend until smooth
This drink will give you the Natural boost you need for that mid day pickup
Dont be afraid of the Spinach it is very sweet and your body will start to crave it more and more, this is one of those things that is soooo yummy and yet so very good for you and tasty that you wont think of it as good for you food
